Checkout Instructions

For quick and easy checkout, follow the steps below!

STEP 1.

In the checkout screen, fill out your Shipping Address. Even if you're looking to pick-up, you'll need to fill this out to proceed to step 2. If you're picking up and would rather not enter your address, feel free to use ours:

When you are finished, click "Save changes & go to Step 2".

STEP 2.

The shipping options will calculate your shipping costs based on your postal code and the items in your cart. For in-store pickup, click the In-Store option. Note that in-store orders will still take time to put together. After you fully complete checkout, you will eventually receive an email saying your order has been "Shipped." If you're picking up, that email is your cue to come pick up your order. For expensive orders, remember to bring ID that matches your account name!

When you are finished, click "Save changes & go to Step 3".

STEP 3.

Under Payment Options, you can add any coupons or store credit. To pay by card, you will need to use PayPal as your credit/debit authorizer, which will take you to the PayPal site.

Once there, you will be asked whether you want to sign in to PayPal OR Use a Credit or Debit Card. By choosing the second option, you can simply enter in your card information to be brought back to our checkout screen. When you are finished, click "Confirm payment options".

STEP 4.

Double check your cart in the next step. There will also be a field to enter any notes, for instance, the name of another person you would be comfortable with picking up your order. Once you are finished, click "Place order". You will receive an email letting you know your order has been placed, and another email when it has been shipped.
